Lovely looking desk, but possible design flaw?

On the whole, we are really pleased with this desk. It looks really good, feels sturdy when put together and was relatively easy to assemble (although it did take quite a while to do this). Unfortunately, we are having a recurring issue with the fixing that attaches the flat desk surface to the front of the left-hand upright section. Whilst other parts of the desk have multiple fixings, this part is secured by just one fixing, which keeps coming undone. I'd be interested to know whether anyone else is having this problem.
