Who should choose a medium mattress?

A medium mattress is the perfect option for those who don't sleep in a fixed position. If you alternate between sleeping on your back, front, or side, then a medium mattress could be the one for you.

It is also a great option for couples sharing a bed who have different sleeping positions. However, if one of you does have a regular sleeping position, then a memory foam medium mattress will mould to your shape and position without disturbing your other half. If you both tend to change sleeping positions throughout the night, a medium pocket sprung mattress may be a better choice.

Medium mattresses are best for people with light to average builds, as they allow you to sink into the mattress just enough to support pressure points while keeping your body aligned to prevent discomfort. For those with heavier builds, we recommend choosing a firm or extra firm mattress. However, if you have a heavy build and prefer to sleep on your side, then choosing a medium mattress is the best. This is because there are more points of contact with you and your body on the mattress, all at different pressures, which could cause you discomfort if you are on a mattress that is too firm.
