Please be aware

Before Delivery

We will send regular communications via text and email in the run up to delivery. On the day before delivery you will recieve a text/email with your initial 2-hour arrival slot, and on the morning of delivery we will call you before 10.30am to confirm it.

Recycling Services

If you have paid for recycling services we will post you a bag to put the product in. The instructions are attached to the bag. Our recycling service lets you focus on the arrival of your new bed or mattress, without having to worry about the effort of disposal.

Re-booking Your Delivery

If you would like to re-book your delivery you can do so up to 72 hours before the date it is currently booked for by clicking here.

After Delivery

We've got you covered! All of our products are guaranteed for a year from the day of delivery. We also offer a 40 Night Comfort Guarantee for peace of mind. 

Bedding and Bed Linens

If you have ordered soft items, such as bed linen, pillows or duvets, we will post these to you separately. These will be delivered on a weekday, within 1 week. Our selected partner will provide you with tracking details and will require a signature when delivering to your door.
