Q: My bed was delivered and assembled by Dreams can you tell me how I know which zone the bed was delivered in (softer and firmer zones) Also I have white plastic inserts left in the bed can you confirm this is correct. I have photos if you require.

A: Good afternoon, The mattress should have labels at the end to confirm which side has which comfort grade. In regards to the inserts please contact our customer service team to provide the images and get further advice on this. Thanks
