Q: What is the space between the slats please, also what are the dimensions of the slats? A high number of mattresses in the market will have a breach in their guarantee if the distance is too large. Look forward to your reply.

Q: Does the "solid base board ottoman storage" sit directly on the floor, or is there an air gap? Wondering if would be a show-stopper for underfloor/carpet heating.

A: Good morning, The base board sit directly on the floor – especially when loaded there will be compression on the carpet. You will need to speak to your heating installer and manufacture along with the supplier of the carpet to identify if there is an issue with air circulation and heat transfer. Many thanks

Q: Can anyone tell us the thickness (depth) of headboard, we are trying to measure if we can get headboard upstairs into loft and have a gap between wall and staircase and need to see if headboard would fit so can lift up and over stairs etc.,

Q: I need a large ottoman space with no dividers or poles sticking up as I want to store a large item. Can you confirm if this ottoman has no dividers and also the exact inside width and depth.

Q: Is the gas strut ENDS on this bed meant to be angled? I also cannot get the screws more than half way in on the left side rail. I don't think the holes has been Properly made.
