This is a little tricky to estimate as it depends on our stock availability, which varies from item to item. To give you an idea of the lead time, have a quick browse online – you’ll be able to see an estimated delivery timeframe for each product. When you purchase in-store, one of our lovely Bed Experts will let you know your delivery date so you can plan ahead.

You can receive a refund for any item you have taken home from a Dreams store by returning it within 14 days of purchase. To ensure the hygiene of pillows, duvets, bed linen, mattress protectors and toppers, they must be returned unused and unopened in their original packaging.To return any larger purchases or items ordered for you by our Bed Experts in store, please contact our Customer Services team no later than 14 days after delivery to arrange collection. If your items haven’t yet been delivered, you can contact the team to amend your order. Please note, amendments made more than 48 hours after placing the order will be subject to an administration fee of 20%.

Absolutely! When you spend over £500 with us, you can choose from a range of finance options over 6, 10 or 20 months. With 0% APR and no hidden fees, you’ll simply pay a regular fixed monthly payment over your agreed term. One of our lovely Bed Experts will be happy to arrange this for you in store.
