Meet the experts on the Sleep Matters Club. Covering sleep science, sleep perspectives, home & bedroom design and lifestyle.
Sammy Margo is a Chartered Physiotherapist who specialises in sleep.
She is the author of The Good Sleep Expert and has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for 32 years with a well-established physiotherapy practice.
Sammy has wide-ranging sleep wisdom. She can be found throughout the media in publications such as The Independent and Glamour Magazine discussing anything sleep-related, from sleep problems to aches and pains.
Sammy has joined The Sleep Matters Club as our sleep expert to help us, help you, sleep better.
Dr. Pixie McKenna is best known for her work with Embarrassing Bodies and Food Hospital on Channel 4.
She has an abundance of sleep expertise as she’s been a qualified GP for the last 13 years, working for the NHS and the private sector in the UK and Ireland. Pixie even runs her very own clinic in Cork, Ireland.
Pixie also discusses sleep science on her own TV show on RTE, Ireland’s national television broadcaster. As well as this, she has a regular column in The Mail which looks at various health issues.
As our resident sleep expert, Pixie is joining Dreams to support our mission to get the nation sleeping better.
Professor Jason Ellis is a qualified Somnologist – An expert in Behavioural Sleep Medicine from the European Sleep Research Society and a Practicing Psychologist under the HCPC.
Julian Baggini is the founding editor of The Philosophers’ Magazine and author, co-author or editor of over 20 books. He has a PhD on the philosophy of personal identity.
Dr Susan Biali, MD, is a practising medical doctor, nutritionist, health expert and author. She dedicates her time to life coaching and her passion for flamenco dancing.
Yoga expert Paul Fox teaches yoga and trains others in the art of teaching. Paul was a BBC journalist for 24 years and is the current Chair of the British Wheel of Yoga.
Media doctor Ellie Cannon can regularly be seen on TV, appearing on multiple news and entertainment shows, but most notably Sky News Sunrise. She writes a weekly column for the Mail on Sunday and is a published author.
Ian Wallace is an expert on dreams and the unconscious self. He is a popular broadcaster on the subject and has two bestselling books.
Carole King is an Interior Designer and author of Dear Designer’s Blog to which she contributes daily. She is also the co-founder and joint EIC of Heart Home magazine.
