Youngsters love a bedtime story. Reading before bed can help them to relax and feel safe before drifting off into a peaceful slumber. For Tokyo 2020, as the Official Sleep Partner for Team GB and ParalympicsGB, Dreams created a series of inspiring bedtime story animations featuring some of their Dreams Team athlete ambassadors as charming illustrated characters. You might recognise Team GB’s Laura Kenny and Jade Jones, plus ParalympicsGB’s Ali Jawad and Jordanne Whiley. The read-along animations take you through their journeys from being determined children to becoming successful, professional athletes. What’s more inspiring than an Olympian or Paralympian? They are proof that if you sleep well, work hard, and believe in yourself, you can always follow your dreams.
