Q: Can you confirm the ‘open’ dimensions, the letters appear to be mixed up in the images. Should the length be 2.11m (L) and the width of the chaise 1.54m (J)? So 2.11m x 1.54m fully open?

A: Good morning, All of the fabrics covers are fixed so cannot be removed for cleaning. We only advise the following for cleaning: -Vacuum surfaces -Soak up any spilt liquids immediately by blotting them with a clean, dry cloth. -Remove any debris with a clean, soft brush. -We don't recommend using any cleaning products on your sofa bed's upholstery. Great sofa bed! Good value for money. So easy to convert…simply pull out/push back. Gives great sleeping space & will easily accommodate a 6ft tall person. As a chaise sofa, it looks really good & is reasonably comfortable. It’s not a soft, slouchy sofa so if that’s your preference, choose something which has deeper seats.

The material started pilling really badly after just few weeks of use. It looks like we had it for years! I have been in touch with Dreams about this but since it is not considered "manufacturing fault", they won't exchange it or take it back. I find this unacceptable. As a sofa bed it is very uncomfortable, even for one night. Not really usable in my view. Not great to us as a sofa either. Already started sagging. Very disappointed. Definitely won't be coming back to Dreams.

Ideal for what I wanted

Looked for a sofa bed for the living room for a while, went to ikea and didn't like anything . We saw this on the off chance and went to view it in our local dreams . Really good quality. We ordered in navy. Estimated 12 week wait, we received our sofa after 4 weeks this gave us enough time to replace the carpet and rehome our old sofa. The delivery team were amazing, friendly and professional. Took 1\2 hour from the first knock at the door to them leaving with all the rubbish. We have had a great experience with dreams and the sofa really does look modern and fresh.
Only flaw I would say is its not extremely comfy as a bed but what do you expect from a sofa bed it's only a temporary use bed.

I needed a new 3 seater sofa and found this sofa bed online, when i visited the showroom i found it on display so i was able to have a sit on it and try the pullout bed section which was helpful, there was a nice range of colours and the fabric felt lovely, i really liked that there was a storage section that comes in really handy. I had the sofa delivered at the same time as my bed and although it was a tight squeeze getting up my stairs to my new flat the delivery guys didnt complain once and even gave ge some good advice about assembling the sofa. I found online instruction on the Dreams wedsite that i downloaded and it was easy to put together. Slotting the section together was slightly fiddly and i would recomend two people to make it easier but i managed by myself. I was very pleased with the sofa and my cat loves rolling around on it, i would recomend this product as it is so handy having a spare bed now
