Deep shades of green can bring drama to your space and create an air of sophistication.
In the room pictured above we’ve painted the walls in deep olive green and added the warm wood tones of our Woodstock bed frame. With a strong colour dominating the walls and ceiling, we’ve kept the rest of the room simple and neutral.
The Woodstock frame is a low-rise minimalist style in ash wood and veneer. It has raised slim legs and rounded corners to match the Woodstock bedside table. We’ve added a splash of colour to the bedding with a burnt orange throw and cushion, as we think this earthy shade looks great against olive green.
If you like strong colours but want to create a more luxurious feel in your bedroom another dark green shade to consider is emerald, as its jewel-coloured tone creates an opulent vibe that works well with indulgent metallics. Dark grey-green is a contemporary choice with a relaxing feel.
Light shades of green can make a bedroom feel brighter and more spacious. Our Lucia bed frame shown above has been styled in a mint green bedroom. This soft shade contrasts well with the dark chocolate brown frame in faux leather. The rest of the bedroom’s interior has a light colour palette for a fresh and airy look that creates a sense of calm. The curtains, blind and bedding are white to match the bedside lights, and the carpet is neutral beige with a tonal rug. This is an understated way to introduce green into your bedroom if you’re not a fan of dark or bright colours.
Popular sage green remains on-trend and we’ve paired it with the dark wooden tones and beige upholstery of our Alana bed frame for a calming, elegant look.
Beautiful floral accents adds to the feel of bringing the outside in and we’ve chosen bedding and accessories in neutral and muted tones, as we wanted the statement scrolled headboard and sage green walls to be the room’s focal points.
Sampling the cooler side of the green colour palette introduces versatile shades of blue and grey to create a calming space.
Pairing steel blue with green is a great way to add depth to your bedroom, while remaining calming.
Our Emmerson Bed Frame pictured above is luxuriously upholstered in your choice of grey or blue, styled with green accessories for a modern finish. The Scandi-style legs add an inviting hygge element, particularly when paired with botanical prints and plants.
Why not introduce green to your bedroom with a statement green bed?
The luxurious TEMPUR® Reign is a gorgeous velvety green bed frame with tactile honeycomb stitching on the headboard.
We’ve showcased its deep green hue against vertical wall panelling in a minimalist bedroom, with grey curtains and a textured grey rug. There’s no doubt that the green bed is the stunning centrepiece in this stylish bedroom and it’s a striking way to embrace the colour green.
We hope we’ve inspired you with our green bedroom ideas and you’re excited to transform your own bedroom. You might be interested in pink and grey bedrooms or chocolate brown bedroom ideas. You can also check out our range of green beds here.
