With this versatile ottoman you can upgrade to the electric controlled ottoman to make it easier to store shoes, bags and blankets. Q: We bought in 22 but the pistons (or 1 of) have gone. Customer service say you don't stock anymore so can't offer piston info for us to source replacements. However, bed still sold. Pls provide basic pistons info / replacement so bed can work. Will pay.

Q: Brought king size frame and Matthews’s but there is significant gap in between mattress and head rest which is causing mattress to slippery. Does it normal have that gap?

Q: What happens if the electric lift doesn’t work or broken? Can we open the bed manually? How much space does the engine take inside the storage area?

A: Good afternoon, If the power has stopped working the ottoman can be lowered manually by two people. You would then need to speak to our customer service team work find a resolution to fixing any problem before the ottoman can be lifted again. The power assisted pistons do not take up much space, you can view them on the images provided for the electric version of the bed frame. Thanks
